Who is a CEQA™?
A Certified Excellence Quality Administrator (CEQA™)...
is an individual who specializes in quality assessment and improvement and has demonstrated knowledge and skills in developing and implementing quality management systems, managing and analyzing data, and leading quality improvement initiatives. They would be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and continuously improving them to meet customer expectations. They would have a strong understanding of tools and techniques for measuring and analyzing performance and would be able to apply best practices in quality management to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
CEQA™ Eligibility
1. Ensure you register an account with BEX® (already a member login here)
2. Complete a minimum of 60 CEU or PD hours within the last four years. Your hours can be logged and tracked here.
3. Agree with the Code of Conduct.
4. Agree with Terms and Conditions.
CEQA™ Exam Sample Questions and Exam Blueprint
The CEQA™ exam has 75 multiple choice knowledge-based questions and must be completed in 90 minutes.

This allocation would assign 100% of the total points or percentage to the competencies and AEM categories covered in the certification program. The specific weights could be adjusted based on the importance of each competency and AEM category to the overall program goals and objectives.

COMPETENCIES
CEQA™ certification is a specialized level of certification within the BEX® program, designed for professionals who specialize in quality assessment and improvement. Quality administrators are responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and that they are continuously improved to meet customer expectations.
ADVANCED LEVEL CERTIFICATION
CEQA™ certification provides professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement quality management systems, manage and analyze data, and lead quality improvement initiatives. This certification level covers a range of tools and techniques for measuring and analyzing performance, such as statistical process control, process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
African Excellence Model (AEM)
BEX® is based on the African Excellence Model (AEM) which is a performance excellence framework developed by the African Excellence Forum (AEF) to provide a structured approach to achieving excellence in organizations operating on African continent.
